We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will practice social distancing. We have temporarily closed our store to protect and care for those who work with us, our customers, and the public.
Effective immediately all instruction will be through VEDAMO, which is a virtual classroom. Students will still have face to face interaction with their instructors. Teachers have the ability to use a whiteboard, upload documents, record sessions and even send all notes discussed in a PDF file, for on-going reference. The other wonderful thing about VEDAMO, is that it is EASY for students and teachers to navigate. We have had nothing but positive responses from our students (our toughest critics).
Just in case, your student has challenges, glitches or difficulties, we have a technical specialist that will walk your student through the process via phone, if they are having difficulty logging into the system. We want to make sure that this process is SIMPLE and effective for everyone.
We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
